All pillow covers and pillow inserts are handmade. Recycled polyester fiberfill is made from left over yarn or end of lot yarn used in the carpet industry.

Refund policy

Handmade items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Provide pictures of product(s) identifying reason for requesting return. If your return is approved, please return item(s) within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Original packaging and all invoices need to be included. You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are not eligible for store credit. A restock fee of 15% will be deducted from eligible store credit.

Yeack Crafts, LLC is not responsible for any package it does not receive or returns not submitted in accordance with these guidelines. All accepted refunds will be refunded by store credit. Yeack Crafts, LLC reserves the right to limit and/or not accept refunds.
